TRUSTING

Oh, the road seems long and weary-

The bloodstained Calvary way-

But, Behold! My Redeemer goes with me,

To strengthen, to comfort, and guide;

Look not on the outward appearance,

Behold, our Yahweh works always;

When life seems difficult and the way too long

That's when our Savior delights to work!

Keep expecting, keep working:

For Yahweh a miracle loves to do

That His children might see Him,

Claim Him, and prove Him to be true!

Just be still and tarry in Him,

And the answer you need will come;

Look and trust Him only,

For He loves you, dear child!

LEANING

What a blessed joy comes

As we serve our Savior and King,

Waiting in the midst of His presence,

Looking only unto Him;

With mighty expectation and awe,

Knowing He is here to bless us,

Our every need to share;

He's longing to bear our burden,

And lighten the cross we bear;

How His tender heart reaches out,

Saying softly, "Come unto Me!"

There's no need so great, no want too small;

Your Heavenly Father knows them all!

Lean mightily upon My bosom

That I might bear them all!"

ONENESS

Oh, the love of a friend is precious

As we fellowship before Yahweh,

Where He meets us and fills us,

Renews and strengthens each day;

Our hearts He does unite as one,

Making a mighty fusion

With the Great Three in One!

ASSURANCE

Our hearts are stilled in His presence,

Quickened as we meet Him there-

Having left our all on the altar,

Awaiting His blessings to share;

Trusting in Him for victory,

When all is dark with despair,

Knowing Yahweh of the tempest

Will bring only peace and rest

With answers our hearts have been seeking,

Filling us with blessed assurance,

As we depend completely on Him;

For truly our Redeemer is able,

To overcome in us to the end:

All glory to His name!

YAHWEH'S PLAN

One day they took my Savior,

And led Him up Calvary's way;

A crown of thorns adorned Him,

As He trudged along the way;

The cross He bore was heavy,

That He fell beneath the load;

They sent Him one named Simon

To help Him bear the load;

Hi s heart was filled with sorrow-

With the sins and load He bore;

Yet still He went determined

To do His Father's will;

He cried, "Remove this bitter cup,

But alas, Thy will, oh Yahweh, I'll do!"

He is the perfect sacrifice,

The holy Lamb of Yah;

He is the only One so worthy

To pay the price for you and me;

So, up the hill they journeyed

To the top of Mt. Calvary;

They nailed Him there to a cruel tree,

With a spear they pierced His side;

The blood of the Lamb flowed freely,

Making redemption's plan a reality!

Oh, to be bought with such a price

Our blessed Savior had to pay!

He paid the cost so lovingly-

Yahweh alone could make this plan

That man could be redeemed!

LOOK UP!

When life looks black

And people don't understand

The hearts of yours and mine-

Oh, look up and listen-

The Master longs to speak

To still the tempest

And mightily lead the way!

The grace and strength we need

Comes forth only from Him!

NEEDS

Oh, the needs of my heart are many

As I lay them all at Thy feet;

I'll trustingly leave them,

Awaiting Thy will to do!

THE BATTLE

Oh, the love of My Redeemer flows like a river,

Reaching the very depths of my soul-

Challenging anew,

The need to be faithful

Saying, "Go forth, My children, go forth!"

The storm clouds gather so dark and bleak-

Satan, the foe, battles severely, his army pursuing…

Striving to buffet, tempt, and lead Yah's own to despair;

But oh, the Great Comforter, the healer of the soul

Rises up to conquer, to strengthen, and renew!

Oh, for the mighty standard Yahshua does lift up,

Reminding again, 'All your needs I’ll provide!

Only be faithful, steadfast and true,

This battle soon will come to an end!

GETHESMANE

One day My precious Savior

Took Himself apart to pray,

Asking Hi s dearly Beloved

Awhile with Him to pray;

Feeling the load so heavy,

For the sins of the world He prayed,

Knowing He must, the perfect Lamb,

A sacrifice be made;

Only through His shed blood

Could there be a way;

Redemption bought at such a price-

Ours lives from sin to save;

Such love that ransomed me-

How could I 'e'er repay?

The love poured forth in Gethesmane

As our blessed Savior prayed!

UNITY IN THE SPIRIT

We know the joy of continual abiding

With the precious, hold One;

We've shared in His glorious presence

In fellowship with the Son;

The quickening of His holy Spirit,

Uniting our hearts as one;

What wonderful times of spiritual blessings

Was allowed us as we fasted and prayed;

The wonder of Yahweh's holy word,

As the Spirit unfolded His truths:

Blessing our hearts with His plans revealed,

Leading us into His presence Divine;

How we love our Redeemer as we met Him,

Yielding our all on the altar to Him,

Asking for our lives to be completely broken,

Made vessels fit for Him to dwell in!

Oh, the joy as we raised our arms upward

To praise Him- yes, to praise Him-

As we met Him day after day!

We met foes along our journey

Who sought to steal this fellowship Divine

Not knowing, no matter how much they tried,

Could have power to break the unity in the Spirit;

For distance can never separate

Two hearts yielded to Him;

Oh, the Master knows our heartaches

As only He can know;

He traveled this way before us-

The way of the Crucified!

Dear friend, we're united in Yahshua-

Never, ever to part;

One day we'll kneel at His feet together

As long time we dreamed to do!

His promises are ever-faithful;

Hold firm, little one, to the end!

Yahweh rewards our faithfulness,

And mends every thorn along the way;

We'll always be one in the Spirit

'Til one day we'll meet Him face to face,

Where once again the joy of your presence

As we're reunited with Him;

This time will be forever-

No parting there will be,

For one day, we'll home with Yahshua

Where we'll dwell eternally!

THE PILGRIM

Behold, the Yahweh of righteousness

Regards His servants' needs:

He hears, He answers, He'll never leave you-

He's there to help and keep you,

Guided in His way;

For His word stays your feet-

He'll keep you on the path;

He'll hold you by His right hand,

Saying, 'Yea, I'll never leave nor forsake you;

My word cannot return void

Nor can it be denied!

So, weary pilgrim, toil on-

I am with you!"
